Jose and Claudia are wonderful to work with! We have used them for both buying and selling now and in both cases everything was handled professionally and went smoothly. They offered suggestions for getting our house ready to sell and were a fantastic resource for getting repairs and updates done within the timeframe we wanted. Claudia and Jose made shopping for and purchasing a house so easy. They were amazingly helpful from the first e-mail contact, to looking at homes to the purchase process. The ability to have two realtors for the price of one was so efficient. They were well versed in the Orlando market and were tireless advocates during the bidding process to ensure we used the right tools to get a home in this crazy and difficult market. This was the best home buying experience in my many years of buying and selling homes and will never use anyone else in the area for any real estate requirements. For the bi-lingual crowd, they are fluent in Spanish and German which was super helpful for my German born wife. If you're looking to purchase or sell property look no further. They're the best in the business!

Quiero agradecer a José y Claudia por el excelente trabajo que hicieron al vender nuestra casa. Pasaron tan solo 10 días desde que llame a José hasta el día que se vendió la casa. Nos asesoró en las reparaciones, en poner el mejor precio, en seleccionar la mejor oferta, en realidad en todo lo que necesitábamos para que se diera la venta. Conoce a detalles todo lo que necesita para el proceso de closing. La casa la publicó un jueves y para el sábado ya teníamos 6 ofertas que calificaban. La verdad es que no se equivoco en ninguna predicción que nos dio. José fue muy acertado en su asesoría de venta. El proceso fue fluido y ligero. Y cabe destacar que cuando compramos esta misma casa.
